Add a pinch asafoetida and palmful of mustard seeds and listen to the sizzle and pop
.
Toss to coat Brussels, salt generously and roast as high as your oven will go.. until they look aaaalmost “burnt”
.
Maybe drizzle a little maple syrup on top?
